Chopped Leather Top/Bottom FILEDHOOD Welding Helmet Specs:

  • Made with Wasip welding helmet shells.
  • Each hood comes with original Wasip headgear and WELDTUBE High Visibility Gold Lens. *Does not fit welding lenses thicker than 3/16” but it will fit CLEARVIEW HD 3.0 w/Inner Clear Lens with Button Cutouts. 
  • Premium Leather is used for the top/bottom.
  • The top leather goes through a pre-stretching and molding process before it is installed on the hood so it fits tight and maintains its shape longer.
  • Bottom leather comes in two length sizes:                                                      Regular length: 6½"      Medium length: 5¾"
  • MORE top leather than traditional chopped hoods, prevents light from getting in through top of hood and reflecting on your lens while welding in sunlight and bright environments.
